At Flightaware, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a simple and transparent return process.
Standard Return and Refund Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. We prefer items to be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and hangtags intact. For pre-owned items, please ensure they still have their original packaging, tags, and hangtags.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Return Request Form. Once submitted, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is essential for a smooth return process. An RMA number is required for every return.
Special Policy for Down Silk Quilts
Due to their luxurious nature, down silk quilts can only be returned due to quality issues. However, we are happy to exchange for a different size within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
